Fire Door Installation and Inspections
Whilst working on this development it was vacant, making site management straightforward. All works were carried out during normal working hours.
We installed 154 new front entrance doors and 206 communal doors, all of which are high-specification doors featuring client-specific ironmongery. The installation is scheduled to take approximately 2.5 months.
FIRE STOPPING PROJECT
In addition, we have been awarded the fire stopping project for the development. This involves comprehensive inspections of all areas and issuing a detailed report to ensure compartmentation lines have not been breached, particularly following any cabling or service entries. Our teams will be on-site completing these works over the next month, ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations.
